"This shower appears initially to be slightly 'plasticky' but it was cheap in comparison. Albeit it's fantastic value for money, nice pressure, looks better installed than in the box."

"AFTER HAVING THE SHOWER FITTED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN THE THERMO HEATER INSIDE THE SHOWER WOULD NOT SWITCH OFF. HAD TO CONTACT CREDA CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO SENT AN ENGINEER OUT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE ENGINEER SAID THERE WAS A FAULT INSIDE THE SHOWER WITH THE WIRING DONE AT MANUFACTURE. HE APOLIGED AND CORRECTED THIS.
THIS PRODUCT IS ADVERTISED IN THE NEW AUTUMN+WINTER BROCHURE 2009 AS A PUSH BUTTON . IT IS NOT."

"although this is a great buy , you will have trouble fitting it .
the unit comes complete with some pre fitted pipe fittings,you can fit the show easy in its standard fitting direction (water pipe entering unit from the top), if however you want to have the water pipe coming into the unit from the bottom it is very hard to fit, even though the instructions clearly show that you CAN have the water pipe entering from the bottom.
overall this is a good unit that does its job, but it can be trouble to fit."

"This shower gives you a really hot and high powered shower, just perfect for those early mornings when you need to wake up.
one criticism would be its controls, it's one of those showers where you can't isolate the water flow unless you turn the dial all the way back (so you can't save your preffered setting) Apart from that, a top shower, and a very satisfying purchase"
